How do I know if my equipment is still under warranty?

Please contact at +65-6570-1940 or email sales@asiafse.sgin order to verify warranty. A serial number is required to verify warranty.

Where can I find the serial number?

Serial number is normally located on the inside left wall of the cabinet and consists of ten characters. Occasionally, the serial number is on the right inside wall of the cabinet. (For example, Model number SRT45-4 Serial number S45R4E1001)
